Erin joined the team in October 2019 and has spent the past 20 years working in the banking industry for three different New Zealand banks, and in three different regions, so she has a good appreciation of both city and small town challenges across the financial sector. During this time, she worked in personal banking, business banking, head office finance and leadership roles.

Throughout her career, one thing has remained constant, the desire to help people understand and achieve their financial goals. She is excited to be a part of the TMO team, based in her hometown in North Canterbury. The most exciting thing about setting up mortgages for Erin is helping people through the process and seeing their excitement when their dreams become a reality, whatever that dream might be!

Erin says the opportunity to utilise her knowledge and experience, whether to help people into their first homes, expand their investment property portfolio, or to purchase a new business, is something she feels very privileged to be a part of.

Outside of work you'll find Erin walking her dogs, exploring the Canterbury region, spending time with family and friends and lifting weights at her local gym (she is a self-confessed gym addict). Erin is also a Sport & Exercise Nutrition Coach but loves to find great new local eateries to try.
